1. Organizer of the Giveaway
The organizer of the "Win an iPhone 17" giveaway (hereinafter: the giveaway) is:

2. Duration of the Giveaway
The giveaway runs from June 1, 2026 at 00:00 to June 30, 2026 at 23:59.
3. Who Can Participate
All adults of legal age who are residents of the United States may participate in the giveaway.
Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members may not participate.
4. How to Participate
You can participate in one of the following ways:
A) Purchase products
Every purchase made in the Nega Cosmetics online store during the giveaway period counts as one entry into the draw for the main prize.
No additional registration is required when making a purchase.
B) Participation without purchase
No purchase is necessary to participate.
You may also participate by sending an email during the giveaway period to: [email protected]
The message must include:
- first and last name,
- residential address,
- phone number.
Each valid email counts as one entry into the draw for the main prize.
5. Prizes
Main prize
The following prize will be awarded:
- 1 × Apple iPhone 17
Weekly prizes
During the giveaway period, weekly prize activities will also be organized for subscribers to the Nega Cosmetics newsletter.
Every Sunday, the following prizes will be awarded among participants:
- 1 × Nega Cosmetics gift card worth $20
- 1 × set of three Nega Cosmetics products
Participants access the weekly prizes via a special link (Scratch Card) they receive in an email from Nega Cosmetics.
Subscribing to the newsletter is not a condition for entering the draw for the main iPhone 17 prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
The color, model, size, or other specifications of the prizes are subject to availability.
6. Draw and Notification of the Winner
The draw for the main prize will take place on July 10, 2026 at the organizer's premises.
One winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received.
The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided when participating.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.
7. Claiming the Prize
Upon request, the winner must provide the organizer with the information required to award the prize.
If the winner does not provide the requested information within 14 days of the organizer's request, they forfeit the right to the prize, and the organizer may draw a new winner.
8. Protection of Personal Data
By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees that the organizer will use their personal data solely for the purpose of running the giveaway, the draw, notifying the winner, and awarding the prize.
The organizer will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to run the giveaway or where required by law.
9. Tax Obligations

The organizer accepts no liability for:

- lost, late, or unreadable emails,
- any errors in the delivery or collection of the prize.
11. Final Provisions
The organizer reserves the right to modify, supplement, or prematurely terminate the giveaway for technical, organizational, or legal reasons.
Any changes will be published on the Nega Cosmetics website.
By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms that they have read and fully accept these rules.
These terms take effect on June 1, 2026.
